Dossier
Dossier is the dossier model of the Quick Response Code ecosystem. A dossier is the record bound to a single registered object or organization, structured as an immutable core, an append-only event history, and audit-trail-controlled editable metadata.
Dual-linked ownership
- Object / Label dossier — bound to a single registered object or label.
- Organization / Master dossier — bound to the issuing organization; aggregates every object dossier it has issued.
Three layers
- Core Identity (Immutable)
- Issuer, issuance date, primary identifier. Never edited.
- Event History (Append-Only)
- Every state transition recorded with timestamp and actor.
- Editable Metadata (Audit-Trail Controlled)
- Descriptive metadata that may be updated only under audit trail, with each edit recorded in the event history.
Visibility
Core Identity is public. Event History is partitioned into public summary and restricted detail. Editable Metadata is restricted by default; individual fields may be flagged public per record.
