Editorial Standards
Editorial standards
The editorial standards summarized here are the operational expression of the rules recorded in the editorial charter.
Authorship
Every page on QuickResponseCode.us is authored against the canonical terminology held at Reference · Terminology. Drafts are reviewed for terminology consistency, citation accuracy, and structural conformance before publication.
Review
Pages are reviewed on a periodic cadence. The reviewed date recorded in the editorial stamp at the foot of every page reflects the date of the most recent successful review.
Citations
Citations are named and unlinked: a standard, an organization, a person, or a publication is named in full at the point of citation. External URLs are not embedded. Authoritative external entities are declared via JSON-LD sameAs on the site's WebSite schema.
Corrections
Corrections are accepted through Contact. Each accepted correction triggers a fresh review of the affected page and an update to the editorial stamp.
